My personal philosophy on effective leadership is based on:

-
Fostering a culture of openness to change
-
Encouraging a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
-
Promoting individual ownership and accountability
-
Reinforcing a “No Blame" culture
-
Encouraging an "Assume Good Intentions" mindset
-
Establishing strategies of effective conflict resolution
-
Focusing on fostering strengths and not correcting weaknesses
-
Targeting each individual for promotional opportunities
-
Valuing people skills over technical skills
-
Introducing and promote a “Lean” approach to work
-
Maintaining a work-life balance
-
Treating each team member as an individual
