Martín has coached over 100 individuals to successfully achieve their career goals and improve their leadership skills.  

 

Clients include current and former employees of Genentech/Roche, Wells Fargo, McKesson Corporation, Stanford University School of Medicine, Ernst & Young, Blue Cross, Cytovale, Adobe Inc., Bayer Corporation, Kaiser Permanente and Meta Platforms.

Martín has over 20 years of leadership experience in private, public and non-profit sectors. He holds degrees in Business Administration, Education and advanced training in Executive Coaching.

Martín's professional experience includes managing global corporate teams.  He has designed and lead training programs for global audiences in both technical and non-technical areas.
